Bill	REDACTED CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH	Amends the Vital Records Act. Requires the Department of Public Health to issue a certified copy of a certificate of birth with the identity of the certifying health care professional redacted only upon the specific written request by the person to whom the certificate of birth relates if he or she is of legal age, or by his or her parent or legal guardian or representative if he or she is not of legal age. Provides that no other name or information may be redacted. Provides that the issuance of a certified copy of a certificate of birth shall not constitute the establishment of a new certificate of birth or an amended certificate of birth under specified provisions. Provides that issuance of a certified copy of a certificate of birth under the provisions is subject to all other requirements regarding the issuance of certificates of birth under the Act.
