Amends Illinois Promotion Act. Adds park districts, forest preserve districts, and conservation districts to the list of units of local government, not-for-profit organizations, local promotion groups, and for-profit businesses that are eligible to receive certain tourism grants from the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.
