Bill DENTAL PRACTICE-TELEDENTISTRY Amends the Illinois Dental Practice Act. Provides that a person who uses teledentistry is considered to practice dentistry under the Act. Provides that a dentist may not delegate teledentistry services unless authorized in the Act. Changes the definition of "branches of dentistry" to include dental anesthesiology. Illinois SB 335 (102nd) — DENTAL PRACTICE-TELEDENTISTRY

Amends the Illinois Dental Practice Act. Provides that a person who uses teledentistry is considered to practice dentistry under the Act.
