Bill INS-HEALTH CARE/TMJ DISORDERS Amends the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971, the Counties Code, the Illinois Municipal Code, the School Code, the Health Maintenance Organization Act, the Limited Health Service Organization Act, the Voluntary Health Services Plans Act, and the Illinois Public Aid Code to provide that the medical assistance program and a group accident and health insurance policy providing coverage for hospital, medical, or surgical treatment on an expense-incurred basis shall offer, for an additional premium and subject to the insurer's standard of insurability, optional coverage for the reasonable and necessary medical treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder and craniomandibular disorder. us/states/il Illinois General Assembly 102nd SB 499 Illinois SB 499 (102nd)

Illinois SB 499 (102nd) — INS-HEALTH CARE/TMJ DISORDERS
