Bill LOW-LEVEL RADIOACTIVE WASTE Amends the Central Midwest Radioactive Waste Compact Act, the Radioactive Waste Compact Enforcement Act, the Illinois Low-Level Radioactive Waste Management Act, and the Radioactive Waste Tracking and Permitting Act. Illinois HB 2301 (103rd) — LOW-LEVEL RADIOACTIVE WASTE

Amends the Central Midwest Radioactive Waste Compact Act, the Radioactive Waste Compact Enforcement Act, the Illinois Low-Level Radioactive Waste Management Act, and the Radioactive Waste Tracking and Permitting Act.
