Bill APRN PSYCHIATRIC VISITS Amends the Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Act of 2013. Provides that an advanced practice registered nurse shall observe consumers and staff and their interactions at least weekly, and the psychiatric medical director shall be present at the facility at least monthly to review interactions and make necessary modifications. Illinois HB 5022 (103rd) — APRN PSYCHIATRIC VISITS

Amends the Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Act of 2013. Provides that an advanced practice registered nurse shall observe consumers and staff and their interactions at least weekly, and the psychiatric medical director shall be present at the facility at least monthly to review interactions and make necessary modifications. Effective immediately.
