Bill INS-HEALTH BENEFITS COVERAGE Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that a group or individual policy of accident and health insurance or a managed care plan that is amended, delivered, issued, or renewed on or after the effective date of the amendatory Act shall provide coverage for preventative screenings for individuals 18 years of age or older and under the age of 65 at high risk for liver disease every 6 months without imposing a deductible, coinsurance, copayment, or any other cost-sharing requirement on the coverage provided. Illinois SB 1282 (103rd) — INS-HEALTH BENEFITS COVERAGE
