Bill JOLIET PARK DISTRICT-LAND SALE Amends the Park Commissioners Land Sale Act. Provides that the Joliet Park District may sell Splash Station if (1) the board of commissioners of the Joliet Park District authorizes the sale by a four-fifths vote of the commissioners in office at the time of the vote and (2) the sale price equals or exceeds the average of 3 independent appraisals commissioned by the Joliet Park District. Illinois SB 1861 (103rd) — JOLIET PARK DISTRICT-LAND SALE

Amends the Park Commissioners Land Sale Act. Provides that the Joliet Park District may sell Splash Station if (1) the board of commissioners of the Joliet Park District authorizes the sale by a four-fifths vote of the commissioners in office at the time of the vote and (2) the sale price equals or exceeds the average of 3 independent appraisals commissioned by the Joliet Park District.
