Illinois SB 2028 (103rd) — VEH CD-LAW SYNOPSIS
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State shall include, in the Illinois Rules of Road publication, information advising drivers on best practices related to stranded motorists.
