Bill INS-VACCINE ADMINISTRATION FEE Amends the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971, the Counties Code, the Illinois Municipal Code, the School Code, the Illinois Insurance Code, the Health Maintenance Organization Act, and the Voluntary Health Services Plans Act to provide that a group or individual policy of accident and health insurance or a managed care plan that is amended, delivered, issued, or renewed on or after January 1, 2025 shall provide coverage for vaccine administration fees, regardless of the type of provider that administers the vaccine, without imposing a deductible, coinsurance, copayment, or any other cost-sharing requirement. Illinois SB 2744 (103rd) — INS-VACCINE ADMINISTRATION FEE
