Illinois SB 3406 (103rd) — SOS-RULES OF THE ROAD HANDBOOK
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Requires the Secretary of State to include, in the Illinois Rules of the Road publication, information pertaining to the transportation of hazardous materials.
