Illinois SB 3463 (103rd) — JUV CT-AUTOMATIC EXPUNGEMENT
Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Provides that on the date that the juvenile is adjudicated delinquent, the juvenile court judge shall schedule a date to enter the automatic expungement order.
