Illinois SB 3476 (103rd) — USE/OCC TX-MEALS

Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that home-delivered meals provided to Medicare or Medicaid recipients when payment is made by an intermediary pursuant to a government contract are exempt from taxation under the Act.
