Bill	FOOD HANDLING-TRAINING	Amends the Food Handling Regulation Enforcement Act. Provides that each food handler covered by the Act, whether or not employed by a restaurant as defined in the Act, shall complete a training program on celiac disease and the safe handling of gluten-free foods. Illinois SB 1288 (104th) — FOOD HANDLING-TRAINING

Amends the Food Handling Regulation Enforcement Act. Provides that each food handler covered by the Act, whether or not employed by a restaurant as defined in the Act, shall complete a training program on celiac disease and the safe handling of gluten-free foods.
