Bill SCH CD-ED LICENSE-DISCLOSURE Amends the Educator Licensure Article of the School Code. With respect to the suspension or revocation of a license, endorsement, or approval, allows disclosure of correspondence, documentation, and other information received by a regional superintendent of schools, the State Superintendent of Education, the State Board of Education, or the State Educator Preparation and Licensure Board to the license holder's current or most recent employer. Illinois SB 1329 (104th) — SCH CD-ED LICENSE-DISCLOSURE

Amends the Educator Licensure Article of the School Code.
