Bill VEH CD-EXEMPT VEHICLE PLATES Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the optional plates issued to the owner of a vehicle exempt from registration under the Code are issued for a single fee of $13 (rather than being issued for a fee of $13 for a 2-year registration period). Illinois HB 1189 (93rd) — VEH CD-EXEMPT VEHICLE PLATES

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the optional plates issued to the owner of a vehicle exempt from registration under the Code are issued for a single fee of $13 (rather than being issued for a fee of $13 for a 2-year registration period). Effective January 1, 2004.
