Bill TWP CD-TRADE IN TWP PROPERTY Amends the Township Code. Provides that a trade-in of machinery or equipment on new or different machinery or equipment does not constitute a sale of township or road district property. Increases to $5,000 or less (now, $200 or less) the value of personal property which does not require the adoption of a resolution of the intent to sell or lease the property. Illinois HB 1385 (93rd) — TWP CD-TRADE IN TWP PROPERTY

Amends the Township Code. Provides that a trade-in of machinery or equipment on new or different machinery or equipment does not constitute a sale of township or road district property. Increases to $5,000 or less (now, $200 or less) the value of personal property which does not require the adoption of a resolution of the intent to sell or lease the property. Effective immediately.
