Bill BUDGET-GOV SUBMIT MARCH 2003 Amends the State Budget Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. For 2003 only, provides that the Governor shall submit a State budget no later than the third Wednesday in March (rather than the third Wednesday in February). Illinois HB 175 (93rd) — BUDGET-GOV SUBMIT MARCH 2003

Amends the State Budget Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. For 2003 only, provides that the Governor shall submit a State budget no later than the third Wednesday in March (rather than the third Wednesday in February). Effective immediately.
