Permits pilot projects in which a county or group of counties may develop an agreement with the Supreme Court to reduce their number of commitments of juvenile offenders to the Department of Corrections, and then use the savings to develop local programming for youth who would otherwise have been committed to the Department of Corrections. Illinois HB 2545 (93rd) — REDEPLOY ILLINOIS PROGRAM
Amends the Probation and Probation Officers Act. Creates the Redeploy Illinois Program.
