Bill	CONT SUB-SYNTHET DRUG MAN CON	Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act. Creates the offense of criminal synthetic drug manufacturing conspiracy, defined as aiding in the manufacture or production of a synthetic controlled substance with the intent that a controlled substance be manufactured or produced in violation of the Act. Provides that an act in furtherance to aid in the manufacture or production must be proved to have been committed by the defendant or a co-conspirator. Provides that a person convicted of criminal synthetic drug manufacturing conspiracy may be fined or imprisoned or both, but any term of imprisonment imposed may not be less than the minimum nor more than the maximum provided for the offense that is the object of the conspiracy. Illinois HB 2843 (93rd) — CONT SUB-SYNTHET DRUG MAN CON

Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act. Creates the offense of criminal synthetic drug manufacturing conspiracy, defined as aiding in the manufacture or production of a synthetic controlled substance with the intent that a controlled substance be manufactured or produced in violation of the Act.
