Bill LIQ CNTRL-SELL IN DNR FACILITY Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Provides that alcoholic liquor may be served or delivered in any building or facility under the control of the Department of Natural Resources upon the written approval of the Director of Natural Resources. Illinois HB 2954 (93rd) — LIQ CNTRL-SELL IN DNR FACILITY

Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Provides that alcoholic liquor may be served or delivered in any building or facility under the control of the Department of Natural Resources upon the written approval of the Director of Natural Resources. Provides that the Director of Natural Resources may specify conditions on that approval. Effective January 1, 2004.
