Bill	CNTY CD-ELECTRONIC ACCESS FEE	Amends the Counties Code. Provides that any county may provide electronic access to public records through the Internet. Provides that a county board may establish a reasonable fee to cover the operational expenses of providing that electronic access and may establish the basis for charging the fee. Illinois HB 300 (93rd) — CNTY CD-ELECTRONIC ACCESS FEE
