Illinois HB 3048 (93rd) — PROCUREMENT CODE-CONSTRUCTION
Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Provides that to be considered a responsible bidder on a construction contract for purposes of the Code, a bidder must comply with certain requirements and must present satisfactory evidence of that compliance to the appropriate construction agency.
