Bill PRIV BUS-VOC SCHOOLS-EXEMPTION Amends the Private Business and Vocational Schools Act. Provides that certain educational institutions that enroll students in one or more bachelor-level programs and are accredited by a national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education are not considered to be private business and vocational schools. Illinois HB 3088 (93rd) — PRIV BUS-VOC SCHOOLS-EXEMPTION

Amends the Private Business and Vocational Schools Act. Provides that certain educational institutions that enroll students in one or more bachelor-level programs and are accredited by a national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education are not considered to be private business and vocational schools. Effective immediately.
