Bill UNIV-INSTATE TUITION-MILITARY Amends various Acts relating to the governance of public universities in Illinois. Provides that if a person is on active military duty and stationed in Illinois, then a university's governing board shall deem that person and any of his or her dependents Illinois residents for tuition purposes. Illinois HB 3877 (93rd) — UNIV-INSTATE TUITION-MILITARY

Amends various Acts relating to the governance of public universities in Illinois. Provides that if a person is on active military duty and stationed in Illinois, then a university's governing board shall deem that person and any of his or her dependents Illinois residents for tuition purposes. Effective July 1, 2004.
