Bill ASBESTOS ABATEMENT-CONSULTANTS Amends the Commercial and Public Building Asbestos Abatement Act. Requires licensure for persons acting as consultants, air sampling professionals, project managers, and management planners. Exempts from licensure as a consultant an employee of a local education agency who is that local education agency's designated person. Makes changes in the definition of "response action services".
