Illinois HB 4400 (93rd) — PROP TAX-VETERAN ORG-FREEZE
Amends the veterans organization assessment freeze provisions of the Property Tax Code. Provides that, for taxable years 2004 and thereafter, the assessed value of real property owned by a veterans organization and used by its members and guests for parking at the principal building for the post, camp, or chapter is eligible for the assessment freeze provided now for property on which is located the principal building for the post, camp, or chapter.
