Bill INC TAX-INVESTMENT CREDIT Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Provides that, with respect to the investment credit, the basis of qualified property shall not include costs incurred after December 31, 2008 (now, 2003), except for costs incurred pursuant to a binding contract entered into on or before December 31, 2008 (now, 2003). Illinois HB 4887 (93rd) — INC TAX-INVESTMENT CREDIT

Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Provides that, with respect to the investment credit, the basis of qualified property shall not include costs incurred after December 31, 2008 (now, 2003), except for costs incurred pursuant to a binding contract entered into on or before December 31, 2008 (now, 2003). Effective immediately.
