Bill	VEH CD-RECKLESS HOMICIDE	Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a person who has been convicted in another state of an offense similar to reckless homicide may not be granted driving privileges within 2 years of the date on which the person's driving privileges were revoked or suspended or within 24 months of being released from a prison term for commission of the offense. Provides that a person who commits the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, intoxicating compounds, or any combination of them is guilty of aggravated DUI if the person previously had been convicted in another state of an offense similar to reckless homicide and the person's intoxication was an element of the offense. Illinois HB 4966 (93rd) — VEH CD-RECKLESS HOMICIDE
