Provides that if a hospital reduces any service it offers by 50% or more according to rules adopted by the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Board, then within 30 days after reducing the service, the hospital must give written notice of the reduction in service to the Board, the Department of Public Health, and the State Senator and 2 State Representatives serving the legislative district in which the hospital is located. Illinois HB 4980 (93rd) — IHFPB-HOSPITAL SRVC REDUCTION
Amends the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act.
