Provides for the Department and the Agency to coordinate with respect to planning for and responding to public health emergencies. Defines "disaster" to include public health emergencies. Defines "public health emergency". Provides that the Governor must deposit transfers and loan proceeds into and make expenditures from the Disaster Relief Fund. Provides for the General Assembly to restore moneys used from other funds to meet disaster needs. Illinois HB 6 (93rd) — PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCIES
