Illinois HB 6618 (93rd) — CHILD LABOR-SPORTS OFFICIAL
Amends the Child Labor Law. In provisions requiring a parent or guardian to accompany a 12 or 13 year old minor who is officiating youth sports activities for a not-for-profit youth club, park district, or municipal parks and recreation department, provides that the requirement is also satisfied if an adult designated by the parent or guardian accompanies the minor.
