Bill SCH CD-ST AID CLAIMS-DATE-FORM Amends the School Code. Provides that a school district's State aid claim shall be certified and filed with the regional superintendent of schools by June 21 (instead of July 1). Provides that the regional superintendent shall certify the county report of claims by July 1 (instead of July 15). Provides that electronically submitted State aid claims shall be submitted by duly authorized district or regional individuals over a secure network that is password protected. Illinois SB 1038 (93rd) — SCH CD-ST AID CLAIMS-DATE-FORM

Amends the School Code. Provides that a school district's State aid claim shall be certified and filed with the regional superintendent of schools by June 21 (instead of July 1). Provides that the regional superintendent shall certify the county report of claims by July 1 (instead of July 15). Provides that electronically submitted State aid claims shall be submitted by duly authorized district or regional individuals over a secure network that is password protected. Also makes changes concerning sworn statements. Effective July 1, 2003.
