Illinois SB 1353 (93rd) — HIGHWAYS-DISASTER RELIEF
Amends the Township Code and the Illinois Highway Code. Provides that township voters may authorize general road and bridge funds or town funds to be used for disposal of brush and leaves from property contiguous to roadways and for disaster relief services approved by the township board.
