Bill EDUC LABOR RELATIONS-U OF I Amends the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act. Removes a provision that provides that: (i) the sole appropriate bargaining unit for academic faculty at the University of Illinois shall be a unit that is comprised of non-supervisory academic faculty employed more than half-time and that includes all tenured, tenure-track, and nontenure-track faculty employed by the University's board of trustees; and (ii) any decision, rule, or regulation promulgated by the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board to the contrary is null and void. us/states/il Illinois General Assembly 93rd SB 1360 Illinois SB 1360 (93rd)

Illinois SB 1360 (93rd) — EDUC LABOR RELATIONS-U OF I

Amends the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Act. Removes a provision that provides that: (i) the sole appropriate bargaining unit for academic faculty at the University of Illinois shall be a unit that is comprised of non-supervisory academic faculty employed more than half-time and that includes all tenured, tenure-track, and nontenure-track faculty employed by the University's board of trustees; and (ii) any decision, rule, or regulation promulgated by the Illinois Educational Labor Relations Board to the contrary is null and void.
