Adds grounds on which the Secretary of State may administratively dissolve a corporation. Makes changes concerning withdrawal of a foreign corporation, revocation of a foreign corporation's authority to transact business in this State, the collection of interest by the Secretary of State, expedited service fees and the Department of Business Services Special Operations Fund, and other matters. Amends the General Not For Profit Corporation Act. Makes changes concerning administrative dissolution of a corporation, revocation of a foreign corporation's authority to conduct affairs in this State, fees charged by the Secretary of State, and other matters. Amends the Limited Liability Company Act. Makes changes concerning statements of correction, petitions for a refund of fees, dissolution of a company, activities that do not constitute transacting business in this State, fees charged by the Secretary of State, and other matters.
