Illinois SB 1530 (93rd) — PROCUREMENT-FELONS BARRED
Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Creates a 5-year prohibition against bids from and contracts with businesses with personnel convicted of a felony under (i) the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 or (ii) the Illinois Securities Law of 1953.
