Illinois SB 2432 (93rd) — PROP TX-DELINQUENT TAX LIST
Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that the printer of a county's delinquent tax list shall receive, for printing the preamble, the descriptive readings, the affidavit, and any other matter accompanying the delinquent list, the sum of 40 cents per column line (now, 40 cents per line), to be paid by the county. Effective immediately.
