Bill DISSOLUTION-MAINTENANCE-MODIFY Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Sets forth factors to be considered in a proceeding to review, modify, or terminate maintenance after the entry of the judgment of dissolution of marriage, judgment of legal separation, or judgment of declaration of invalidity of marriage. Illinois SB 363 (93rd) — DISSOLUTION-MAINTENANCE-MODIFY

Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Sets forth factors to be considered in a proceeding to review, modify, or terminate maintenance after the entry of the judgment of dissolution of marriage, judgment of legal separation, or judgment of declaration of invalidity of marriage.
