Illinois HB 1149 (94th) — COMPUTER EQUIP DISPOSAL COMM
Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Creates the Computer Equipment Disposal and Recycling Commission. Sets forth certain provisions relating to the composition and objectives of the Commission.
