Illinois HB 1427 (94th) — PROP TX-BOOKS & RECORDS
Amends the Property Tax Code. In a provision allowing the county board to submit a bill to the township board of trustees for the reasonable costs incurred by the supervisor of assessments in completing certain assessments, provides that the moneys collected from the billing may be used by the supervisor of assessments only for the purpose of recouping costs incurred in completing the assessments.
