Bill DUI-NO LICENSE & NOT INSURED Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code and the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that a person who drives while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating compounds is guilty of aggravated DUI if he or she had no valid driver's license or was not covered by liability insurance. Illinois HB 1471 (94th) — DUI-NO LICENSE & NOT INSURED

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code and the Criminal Code of 1961. Provides that a person who drives while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or intoxicating compounds is guilty of aggravated DUI if he or she had no valid driver's license or was not covered by liability insurance. Provides that the person's vehicle is subject to seizure and forfeiture.
