Bill CIV PRO-EXEMPTION AMOUNT Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Increases the allowable amount of an estate of homestead property used as a residence from $7,500 to $15,000 for an individual and from $15,000 to $30,000 for 2 or more individuals. Illinois HB 1523 (94th) — CIV PRO-EXEMPTION AMOUNT

Amends the Code of Civil Procedure. Increases the allowable amount of an estate of homestead property used as a residence from $7,500 to $15,000 for an individual and from $15,000 to $30,000 for 2 or more individuals.
