| Bill | IEMA-RADON REGULATION | Amends the Radon Industry Licensing Act. Changes references in the Act from the "Department of Nuclear Safety" to the "Illinois Emergency Management Agency". Provides that it is grounds for disciplinary action against a licensee to fail to pay child support orders. Provides that IEMA disciplinary actions against licensees may occur upon a conviction of the licensee for a felony (now, a felony or a misdemeanor when dishonesty is an essential element of the crime). Illinois HB 1549 (94th) — IEMA-RADON REGULATION
