Illinois HB 2490 (94th) — MEDICAID-ALTERNATE PAYEE
Amends the Illinois Public Aid Code. Authorizes the Department of Public Aid to permit an individual practitioner to designate that Medicaid payments due to the practitioner be paid to an alternate payee, and requires that alternate payees register with the Department. Imposes certain requirements on alternate payees.
