Bill	VETERANS EMPLOYMENT ACT-DCEO	Amends the Veterans' Employment Act. Assigns to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity the powers and duties under the Act that were formerly assigned to the Department of Employment Security. Illinois HB 2566 (94th) — VETERANS EMPLOYMENT ACT-DCEO

Amends the Veterans' Employment Act. Assigns to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity the powers and duties under the Act that were formerly assigned to the Department of Employment Security. Provides that the Director of Commerce and Economic Opportunity shall consult and cooperate with appropriate State agencies, including but not limited to the Department of Employment Security and the Department of Veterans' Affairs, to ensure that there is no duplication of services.
