Illinois HB 3770 (94th) — CMS EFFICIENCY REVOLVING FUND
Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. With respect to savings realized from the implementation of State agency business processing efficiency initiatives, provides that savings realized by the Department of Transportation shall be deposited into the Construction Fund, rather than the Efficiency Initiatives Revolving Fund.
