Illinois HB 4079 (94th) — ST GROUP INS-CHILD ADVOCACY

Amends the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971. Authorizes child advocacy centers to provide their employees and annuitants, and their dependents, with group health coverage under the Act on a non-insured basis.
