Bill DCEO-EFFICIENT APPLIANCE PRGRM Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to establish and maintain a program to certify energy-efficient appliances. Provides that, under the program, the Department must identify which appliances qualify as certified energy-efficient appliances and must identify the average first-year kilowatt hours saved, or the equivalent for other fuel saved, by the use of the appliance. Illinois HB 4313 (94th) — DCEO-EFFICIENT APPLIANCE PRGRM

Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to establish and maintain a program to certify energy-efficient appliances.
