Illinois HB 433 (94th) — EPA - ASBESTOS DUMPING
Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Provides that the disposal of asbestos containing material in violation of certain federal regulations is a Class 4 felony (now, improper removal of asbestos is felony, while there is no criminal sanction under the Act for dumping asbestos).
